where is reclaimed stage?

how can i purchase tickets for events at reclaimed stage?

Tickets can be purchased online through our official website. Tickets are also available for purchase at Reclaimed Book and Bean coffee shop (104 North Allen, Centralia, MO).

Tickets are available for each individual event. Another option is our Season Pass, which is good for General Admission to every event during the calendar year. Season Passes are online available for purchase online.

How do i get my tickets if i bought them online?

Tickets are physical tickets. There are three fulfillment options to choose from when buying online tickets.

  • They can be mailed to you (additional charge for shipping/handling)

  • You can pick them up at Reclaimed Book and Bean coffee shop.

  • You can pick them up at the Will Call Desk on the night of the event.

You will need to present your physical ticket when being admitted for the show.

What is the venue like?

Reclaimed Stage is an outdoor music and entertainment venue located in the backyard of “The Church”, a quaint building that was reclaimed in 2018. “The Church” is the former home of St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church. Featuring a rustic stage and beautiful string lights, you can expect an intimate, relaxing setting.

Capacity of the venue is 800 people.

is there parking available at the venue?

Parking in front of “The Church” is reserved for Handicap Parking. Must have a handicap license plate or tag to access the parking area. Additional street parking is available in the area.

Reclaimed Trolley Company will be running “Dolly the Trolley” to shuttle from the Hubbell Power Systems parking lot located only a few blocks from the venue.

When do the doors open?

The front door of “The Church” will open 1.5 hours before show time.

what type of seating is available?

General Admission is lawn seating on a first-come basis. Bring your own chair!

VIP Patio Seating Tickets (first and second row on the brick patio in front of the stage) are available at some events. Chairs are provided but still on first-come basis.

I have a season pass. can I upgrade to vip patio seats?

Yes. If you have a Season Pass, you are able to upgrade to a VIP Patio ticket. Please email us for details. (info@reclaimedpage.com)

are children allowed at events?

Reclaimed Stage is a family-friendly venue and we welcome you to bring your children. However, some shows may have age restrictions, so please check event details before purchasing tickets. Children 4-and-under do NOT need a ticket, but are not allowed in the VIP reserved seating unless sitting on lap. Children without a ticket in the GA area may be required to sit on lap depending on space available.

are outside food and drinks allowed?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted. We offer a variety of concessions (chips, candy bars, ice cream sandwiches, etc) and drink options (beer, soda, lemonade, water, etc) on-site for your convenience. We encourage you to eat dinner at one of our many great restaurants in Centralia prior to the show.

what items are prohibited inside the venue?

  • No large coolers, wagons, carts, laptops, drones, noisemakers, laser pens, inflatables, or any illegal substances or items.

  • No pets or comfort animals. Only service animals are allowed inside Reclaimed Stage venue.

  • No weapons.

  • Any other items that may detract from the experience of other guests, as determined by management.

is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Absolutely. Reclaimed Stage is committed to providing accessible facilities for all attendees. Contact our venue in advance for specific accommodations or any additional questions.

what is the smoking policy?

Reclaimed Stage is a non-smoking venue.

what happens in case of bad weather?

Shows at Reclaimed Stage are rain or shine. In case of inclement weather that presents unsafe conditions at the venue at the time of the event or which prevent the safe set-up in advance of the event (e.g., lightning, high winds, flooding), shows may be canceled/rescheduled in the interest of the safety of our guests, staff, and/or performers. If a show is canceled/rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the venue, customers will be alerted as soon as the decision to cancel the event is made via social media, coupled with further instructions (e.g., refunds, rescheduled dates, etc.). Please be advised, however, that refunds due to inclement weather at the venue are only available in case of canceled events that are not rescheduled. In the case of events that are rescheduled, tickets originally issued will be honored at the rescheduled event.
